We recommend you own your own domain name (like yourbusiness.com) so it's always yours. Prefer us to handle it? We can register and manage a domain for you under a separate agreement, billed in addition to your hosting.

Do I need to already have a website?
Not at all — we specialize in helping businesses that don't have a website yet. We'll build you a real sample site to preview before you commit to anything.
What does the $300 setup fee cover?
The one-time $300 fee is paid when you decide to move forward, and it covers designing your website — including up to two rounds of revisions to get it right. When your site is ready and your monthly hosting is active, we publish it live on your domain.
How many revisions do I get?
Your $300 setup fee includes two (2) rounds of revisions to fine-tune your sample into the final site. Need more changes after that? We're glad to help — additional revisions are quoted and billed separately.
What's included in the $9.99/month?
Managed hosting for your website, an SSL certificate (secure HTTPS), and automated downtime monitoring, billed monthly with no long-term contract. Your subscription must be active before we publish your site live on your domain.
When does my site go live?
After your site is approved and your $9.99/month hosting subscription is active, we publish it live on your domain. An active hosting subscription is required before a site goes live.
Do I need my own domain name?
We recommend owning your own domain so it always belongs to you. If you'd rather not deal with it, we can register and manage a domain on your behalf under a separate agreement, billed in addition to hosting.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Hosting is month-to-month — you can cancel at any time and your service continues through the end of your current paid period. Setup fees are one-time and non-recurring.
What if I want more than a basic site?
Anything beyond your sampled design and basic hosting — an online store, booking, custom features, or lots of pages — is available as custom work. We'll provide a separate written scope of work and quote so the cost is clear before we start.
Is my website secure?
Yes. Every site we host includes an SSL certificate, so it loads over secure HTTPS — the padlock your visitors expect — and visitor data is encrypted in transit.
