Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Argon Domains LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Argon Domains," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our website at argondomains.com (the "Site"), contact us, use our website design and hosting services, or use our ClientSign electronic document signing platform (together, the "Services"). By using the Site or the Services, you agree to this Policy.

1.Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, email us, or sign up for Services, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any information you include in your message or provide for your website (such as content, images, and business details).

Billing information

When you purchase Services, payment is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as your name, email, and a confirmation of payment), but we do not collect or store your full payment card number — that is handled directly by Stripe.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our Site and hosting infrastructure may automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. Our DNS and security provider (Cloudflare) may also process this information to deliver and protect the Site.

Information collected through ClientSign

When you use our ClientSign electronic signing platform, we also process information needed to operate the service and create signing records. This includes the documents an authorized user uploads; the name and email address of the intended recipient; the information a recipient enters and the signature or initials image they create; and, for each participant, IP address, browser and device details, and the dates and times of actions such as opening the link, giving consent, verifying a one-time passcode, and signing. See Section 12 for more about this platform.

2.How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell your personal information.

3.Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as an independent data controller of your payment information and handles it under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review Stripe's Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). We use Stripe's confirmations and records to manage your subscription, but we never see or store your complete card details.

4.Cookies & analytics

Our Site uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed for it to function and to keep it secure. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used so we can improve it. Our security/DNS provider (Cloudflare) may set cookies necessary to protect and deliver the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.

5.How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business, including:

6.Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to provide the Services. Depending on the situation, these may include:

ProviderPurpose
StripePayment processing and subscription billing
Cloud hosting provider (e.g., Akamai/Linode)Hosting your website and our infrastructure
CloudflareDNS, content delivery, and security
Domain registrar (e.g., Squarespace)Domain registration, where we manage a domain for you
Email / form providerReceiving and responding to your messages

These providers process information on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.

Documents you send or sign through ClientSign are processed and stored on our own hosting infrastructure and are delivered by email through our own mail system; we do not use a third-party electronic-signature provider for ClientSign.

7.Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain our business records, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. If your subscription ends, we may delete your website files and associated data as described in our Terms of Service. Backups of hosting data are retained for a limited period (for example, up to fourteen (14) days) and are then overwritten or deleted in the ordinary course. Completed documents, certificates of completion, and signing audit records created through ClientSign are retained so they remain available to the account holder and to support electronic record-keeping; we may delete them when the related account or access ends, and you should keep your own copies.

8.Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including serving websites over encrypted HTTPS (SSL/TLS), a network firewall and access controls, security monitoring and logging, routine software updates and periodic security review, and periodic backups of hosting data (retained for a limited period). We limit access to personal information to those who need it to operate the Services. For the ClientSign platform specifically, administrator access is restricted by network (IP) address and protected by a second-factor email code, completed documents are stored outside the public website area, and each finished document carries a cryptographic seal that makes later changes detectable. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your own account credentials, software, and devices secure and up to date. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any authorities as required by applicable law.

9.Your choices & rights

You may contact us at [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of non-essential communications. We will respond consistent with applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example, residents of California or the European Union/UK may have specific rights regarding their personal information. We will honor those rights as required by applicable law; just contact us to make a request.

10.Children's privacy

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11.Third-party links

The Site and customer websites may link to third-party sites or services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12.The ClientSign signing platform

This Section describes how we handle information in ClientSign, our electronic document signing platform, which is used both by the account holder who sends documents (the "Sender") and by the recipient who signs them (the "Signer"). The categories of information we collect for ClientSign are described in Section 1.

How we use it. We use this information to deliver and display the document to the Signer, verify the Signer's identity with a one-time passcode, record the Signer's consent to use electronic records, generate the completed PDF, certificate of completion, and tamper-evident audit trail, email copies to the parties, and support and secure the service. We also use it to help establish that a document was signed and by whom, and to meet electronic-signature and record-keeping requirements, including the ESIGN Act and the Florida Uniform Electronic Transaction Act (Fla. Stat. §668.50).

Roles. For any document sent through ClientSign, the Sender chooses the document, its contents, and the recipient, and is responsible for that document and for the accuracy of the recipient's details. Argon Domains processes the document and related information to provide the platform on the Sender's behalf. If you are a Signer and have questions about a specific document — for example, why you received it or what it contains — please contact the Sender who sent it to you.

How it is shared. The document and the related information are shared between the Sender and the Signer as needed to complete the transaction, and a completed copy is emailed to the Signer. We do not sell this information. It is processed and stored on our own hosting infrastructure, delivered through our email system, and protected by our security and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare); we otherwise disclose it only as described in Sections 5 and 6 or as required by law.

Retention and security. Completed documents, certificates, and audit records are retained and secured as described in Sections 7 and 8; a copy is emailed to the Signer at completion, and you should keep your own copy. You may contact us as described in Section 9 to make a request about ClientSign information, although where a document was sent by a Sender we may direct certain requests to that Sender.

13.Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify you. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
